Mr Philippe Grelon (Chairman, Exco member)
Mr Grelon has been for the past 17 years involved in waste management companies for the Veolia Environnement Group. After having developed the activities of the group in Portugal, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand, he moved to Asia in 2000 and was in charged successively of the subsidiaries of Veolia Environmental Services in Malaysia and in Taiwan. Currently, he is the President of Onxy-Taho Environmental Services Co Ltd and Executive Vice President of Veolia Environment Services' Recycling and Industrial Services activities in Asia.

Mr Eddie Chng Weng Wah (Director)
Mr Chng is the Chairman of Centillion Environment & Recycling Limited ("CERL") since September 2006 and is providing advisory role in the setting of strategic direction and vision of CERL. He has over 20 years experience in the electronics, semiconductor and technology industries. Mr Chng was awarded the Asia-Europe Young Entrepreneurs Award at the Asia-Europe Young Entrepreneurs Forum ("AEYEF") in Berlin 1999.

Mr Jerome Baco (Director, ExCo member)
Mr Baco has spent 7 years in Asia for Veolia Environmental Services. After having been the Project Finance Director for China, he is now based in Singapore as the Country Manager for Veolia Environmental Services.

Mr Richard Jacob (Director, ExCo member)
Mr Jacob is the Chief Executive Officer of CERL and is responsible for its overall strategy, vision and operations. He has extensive experience in various disciplines and more than 18 years of management experience with multi-national corporation, including Baker Hugh, US Filter Corporation, Veolia Water and Veolia Water Systems (SEA) Pte Ltd.

Mr Joe Allen Zorn (Director - alternate to Mr Grelon and Mr Carrabin)
Mr Zorn is the Chief Operating Officer for Veolia Environmental Services Asia and Managing Director for Veolia Environmental Services Hong Kong. His current major responsibilities include business development in Asia, outside of China, as well as oversight of project implementation and operations throughout Asia. Mr Zorn has over 30 years' experience in waste management and possesses extensive knowledge and operations experience in this industry covering the whole spectrum of municipal and hazardous waste. He has worked on numerous projects in Asia, Middle East, Europe and the U.S. with the recent 13 years based in Hong Kong servicing the Asia region.

Mr Chew Sien Lup (Director - alternate to Mr Chng and Mr Jacob, ExCo Member)
Mr Chew is a qualified CPA (Australia) since 1993 and had more than 9 years experience with a Big Four public accounting firm serving a diverse group of clients including those in energy, utilities and high tech industries. Before joining CERL in 2004, he had been group financial controller and assistant finance director with different multi-national corporations over a period of 7 years. Mr Chew is currently General Manager - Corporate with CERL.

Mr Larry Hahn (Chief Security Officer)
Mr Hahn was appointed Chief Security Officer ("CSO") of CERL in February 2005 and will also serve in the same capacity for Centeonyx. He is responsible for the overall security and business ethics of the companies including operations, property and personnel security. As CSO, Mr Hahn has direct access to the Boards of CERL and Centeonyx, ExCo and General Manager of Centeonyx on matters relating to security and business ethics. Mr Hahn was the Director of Training at the International Police Training Centre in the Kingdom of Jordon, responsible for the managing the training program. He has some 30 years of US Federal Criminal investigation experience, of which 6 were spent as Country Attache (Drug Enforcement Administration) at the US Embassy in Singapore. Mr Hahn also spent some 3 years as Director of Commercial Security at Seagram Asia Pacific.
