OUR MANAGEMENT ORGANISATION

Centeonyx is managed in a structure where duties are clearly defined and segregated to promote maximum transparency and enhance effective internal controls.

The Board of Directors is responsible for setting directions, strategies and policies of Centeonyx and creates an environment that ensures the mission of Centeonyx is achievable.

The Board also forms an Executive Committee ("ExCo") that will advise and assist the Board on detail operational matters. It comprises certain members of the Board and General Manager of the company.

The Chief Security Officer has a direct control over the security of the company. Additionally, he also has direct access to the Boards of CERL and Centeonyx, ExCo and General Manager of Centeonyx on matters relating to security and business ethics.

The General Manager is responsible for daily operations of the company. Reporting to him are various operating departments organised under different functional clusters: "Policy & Oversight", "Safeguarding & Processing" and "Procurement & Realisation".
