OUR CYANIDE SCRUBBER

Cyanide leaching and electrolysis in the precious metal recovery process may release some cyanide fumes. Our counter-current cyanide scrubber system captures and treats these fumes for the purpose of safety and environmental protection.

To manage cyanide fumes, we have a counter-current cyanide scrubber system. Cyanide fumes from the cyanide leaching and electrolysis processes are treated by oxidation.

The re-circulating scrubbing liquors are transferred to the Cyanide Decomposition Unit for treatment.
