OUR INCINERATOR

Some materials are light (eg. filters, rags and wipes, from plating operations), hence cannot be effectively mechanically crushed or chemically stripped. Our specially-designed incinerator is used for mass reduction for liberation of precious metals from such materials. Post-incineration residue is then transferred to the chemical process for further precious metal recovery.

Our incinerator is also used, among other technologies, for in-house waste management.

The diesel-fired primary chamber is loaded up with materials in batches for incineration. The secondary chamber and quenching column treat the flue gases from the incineration process before discharging it.

Our incinerator is used in both recovery as well as in-house waste management processes.
